Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements:
• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
• Printing errors

Non-Refundable Items:
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address
• Normal variations in color due to screen settings

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
